The Service center was established to support all our business areas. We deliver a wide variety of services with service levels up to 24/7 with a guaranteed one hour response. Our technical personnel are highly trained with a high level of experience in each of the different areas.

TSS offers primarily maintenance and support on the following:

• Tape (All products… 3592, 3590, 3584, 3583, 3494, LTO, DLT, AIT, Overland, Quantum, Adic, 9-Track, 8MM, 4MM etc.)
• Disk (ESS, FastT, nStor)
• SAN (Brocade, McData)
• WAN (Mux, Channel extension from Brocade)
• Security
• Tivoli Storage Manager (With additional phone support, health check, etc.)

Our services and contracts are based on a home grown service concept, MSP.
